About Maria Pace, MPT

"My experience has taught me that no single treatment approach works for everyone. My practice is built around a holistic, individualized model of care. I support clients on both physical and emotional levels, taking the time to uncover root causes and choose the most effective path toward lasting, whole-body wellness."
Maria Pace, MPT, is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience, primarily in orthopedics, along with specialized training in breast cancer rehabilitation. She has worked extensively within a leading healthcare organization in Connecticut. Her approach integrates nervous system regulation, stress-reduction strategies, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) to support both physical recovery and emotional well-being within a holistic plan of care. She is currently completing certification as an EFT Practitioner Candidate.
Maria treats each client as a whole person, considering lifestyle factors and stress levels—not just the injury itself. She believes that with the right care and education, individuals can reach their goals and maintain active lives with less pain and limitation. Patients receive the individualized attention needed to improve quality of life through rehabilitation, fitness, and education.
